We've been practicing business law for over 35 years and we've found that our clients truly appreciate the time and effort we put into every aspect of their cases. We're here to help you and that's something we don't take lightly.

At David K Easlick Jr LLC we are here to listen to your needs and situations to help you in any way we can. We don’t try lawsuits; we work as an Expert Witness on behalf of Plaintiffs who have been injured by hazing or other Fraternity “risk management” activities. We know just about anything that young men from 18-22 can and will do wrong. This would include hazing, binge consumption, sexual misconduct, or other risk management violations. While, again, I don’t try lawsuits, I am happy to discuss potential actions with potential plaintiffs and am more than happy to suggest counsel for those who need it. My clients are all lawyers who are
trying Fraternity cases but, parents, victims, relatives, friends may also give me a call at (202) 409-4306 and, I will be happy to counsel them. I  serve as an expert witness and assist in trials dealing with hazing and Risk Management engendered lawsuits involving fraternities. I am currently involved in over a dozen actions from all over the country in State Courts, Federal Courts and Arbitrations.  These
include, hazing deaths, hazing injuries, rapes and just about anything else you can think of.  I was an active member of the Fraternity Executives Association, former member of FIPG / FRMT, and affiliate member of the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors, past delegate and associate member of the NIC, nobody working in the expert witness field has my level of experience at every level in Greek Life.  I am eminently qualified for my new role. I am ready to take on additional work. Anyone in need of advice or assistance in locating counsel should feel free to contact me. I do not try cases, but I am glad to refer to experienced counsel nationally with whom I deal with daily.

I am also the Chairman of Common Sense Foundation, a Charitable Foundation empowered to lecturing, publishing, educating and informing potential students, students, alumni, parents and educational institutions concerning the advantages and perils of joining Greek letter membership organizations at colleges and universities, including combating hazing and the dangers of substance abuse associated with membership. Finally, I am writing a biographical work on life in the Greek world. For a sample of my written work, see my LinkedIn profile. Call me at
(202) 409-4306 if you need me.  Or email me at davideaslick@gmail.com
